- Salary & BenefitsMonthly Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on experience and performance)

- Key ResponsibilitiesConduct personalized one-on-one fitness training sessions based on clients' goals.
- Perform fitness assessments and develop customized workout plans.
- Guide members on correct exercise techniques and injury prevention.
- Motivate and encourage clients to achieve their fitness and wellness goals.
- Track client progress and regularly update training programs.
- Educate members on basic nutrition, healthy lifestyle habits, and fitness practices.
- Build strong relationships with members to enhance satisfaction and long-term retention.




- Promote and sell personal training packages and value-added fitness services.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the gym floor and equipment.
- Ensure all gym rules, safety protocols, and operational standards are followed.
- Candidate RequirementsMandatory certification in Personal Training, Fitness, Gym Instruction, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Personal Trainer or Gym Fitness Trainer is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of strength training, functional training, fat loss, muscle building, and basic nutrition.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.
- Passion for fitness and commitment to delivering exceptional member experiences.
