- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers with product selection and purchases.
- Process customer billing accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
- Perform daily stock counts and assist in inventory reconciliation.
- Replenish products and report low-stock or out-of-stock items.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Ensure all products are correctly priced and displayed.
- Answer customer queries and recommend suitable products.
- Assist in receiving, checking, and arranging recent stock deliveries.
- Follow company SOPs, promotional campaigns, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Report operational issues, customer feedback, and inventory discrepancies to the Store Manager.
