Job SummaryResponsible for lead generation, customer acquisition, promoting Rupeeland Mart, increasing store footfall and achieving sales targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads.

B2C Sales.

Promote products and offers.

Achieve sales targets.

Build customer relationships.

Conduct market surveys.

Submit daily reports.

Participate in promotional activities.

Qualification

Minimum +2. Graduates preferred.

Experience

1 Year to 3 Years in Field Sales, Retail Sale, Direct Sales.

Skills

Communication, negotiation, customer service, basic computer knowledge, willingness to travel.

Salary & Benefits Base salary up to 15,000 per month, incentives, travel allowance as per policy, training and growth opportunities.

Working Hours

11:00 AM – 9:00 PM with 1 Hour Break.

KPIsLead generation, customer visits, store footfall, sales conversion, target achievement, reporting and customer satisfaction.
