Job Title: Receptionist cum Telecaller

Job Summary :Maha Motors is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Receptionist cum Telecaller to manage front office operations and handle customer calls efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Attend incoming calls and direct them to the concerned department.
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers for follow-ups, service reminders, and promotional campaigns.
- Schedule appointments for vehicle sales and service.
- Maintain customer records and update databases accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams regarding customer appointments.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
- Prepare daily call reports and maintain visitor registers.
- Perform general administrative and office support tasks as assigned.

Eligibility:

- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass)



or any Graduate.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Telecaller is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory. Knowledge of English is preferred. Additional regional languages will be an advantage.
