Job Title: Team Leader (TL)

Key Responsibilities

* *Team Leadership:* Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* *Performance Monitoring:* Track KPIs such as call volume, conversion rate, revenue generation, and team attendance.

* *Coaching & Development:* Conduct regular training sessions and coaching to continuously improve team sales skills and performance.

* *Escalation Management:* Handle customer escalations and resolve complex issues professionally.

* *Reporting:* Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.

* *Quality Assurance:* Ensure team adherence to company policies, guidelines, and quality standards.





* *Strategy & Coordination:* Coordinate with management to plan and implement effective sales strategies.

* *Hiring & Onboarding:* Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new telecallers as required.

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

* Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal abilities.

* Excellent communication, sales negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

* Proficiency in analyzing sales metrics, reports, CRM software, and Microsoft Excel.
