About the Role

We're hiring an Export Executive for our organic wool export business (GOTS, RWS, OEKO-TEX certified). You'll handle documentation, shipping coordination, and client communication for our international buyers across US, UK, Europe, and Australia.

What you'll do

Prepare export documents – invoice, packing list, COO, BRC

Coordinate with shipping lines, CHA, and freight forwarders

Handle MEIS/RoDTEP claims and DGFT filings





Communicate directly with international clients over email/calls

Track shipments and ensure timely export realization (FEMA/EDPMS)

Maintain shipment and buyer records

Who we're looking for

3+ years in export documentation (textile/fabric background preferred)

Knowledge of MEIS, BRC, shipping procedures

Excellent English – written and spoken (client-facing role)

Valuable with MS Excel

Post Graduate/MBA required
