Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and P&ID; diagrams

Equipment installation, alignment, and leveling

Pipe fitting and flange assembly

Bearing replacement and shaft alignment

Gearbox, pump, valve, and compressor maintenance

Welding and gas cutting (basic knowledge)

Hydraulic and pneumatic system maintenance

Lubrication management

Precision measurement using Vernier caliper, micrometer, dial gauge, and feeler gauge

Troubleshooting and root cause analysis of mechanical failures

Machine overhauling and refurbishment
