Job Description – Staff Nurse

Position: Staff Nurse

Experience: 1–5 Years

Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care, assist doctors during treatment, administer medications, and ensure the smooth functioning of nursing services while maintaining patient safety and clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct nursing care to patients as per medical protocols.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the treating doctor.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and post-discharge care.
- Ensure infection control, hygiene,



and patient safety standards are followed.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff for quality patient care.
- RequirementsGNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Council registration.
- 1–5 years of experience in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare centers.
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills.
- Good communication, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
