Imai Flora is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries and convert leads into orders for garlands, flower decorations, wedding flowers, and special event floral arrangements.

Responsibilities:

- Contact and follow up with leads received through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and phone calls.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable floral products and services.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and orders.
- Maintain customer records and follow-up status.
- Provide excellent customer service and timely responses.
- Coordinate with the team regarding confirmed orders.
- Requirements Fluent in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
- Good communication and sales skills.
- Smartphone, laptop and internet connection required.




- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and CRM
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous sales or telecalling experience is preferred.
