- Contact potential customers over the phone to promote business loan products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling.
- Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
- Follow up with interested customers until the application process is completed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- EligibilityMinimum 6 months of experience in telesales, preferably in business loans, personal loans, or financial products.
- Robust communication and persuasion skills.
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
