Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + High Incentives

- Job Role & ResponsibilitiesCall prospective students and parents from provided leads to explain courses (NEET, JEE Main, Boards).
- Guide students on course options, fee structure, and batch schedules.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Meet daily and monthly outbound call targets and enrollment quotas.
- Maintain transparent and accurate call logs in the database.
- RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi / English (Local language is a plus).
- Prior experience in telesales, outbound calling,



or ed-tech / coaching sales preferred (Freshers with strong persuasion skills can also apply).
- Basic knowledge of competitive exams (NEET / JEE).
- Strong conviction and target-oriented mindset.
