Service Engineer – Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a committed, honest, punctual, and hardworking Service Engineer with a positive attitude and positive decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform installation, repair, and preventive maintenance (PM) of UPS systems and servo stabilizers.
- Handle both in-office service and on-site field service at customer locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Complete assigned service calls on time while maintaining high-quality work.
- Follow company service procedures and safety standards.
- Maintain service reports and update job status after every visit.
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide technical support when required.
- Take ownership of assigned work and make responsible decisions in the field.
- Be willing to travel for customer service visits whenever required.

Requirements:

- Honest, responsible, and committed to work.
- Punctual and disciplined.
- Good technical knowledge of UPS systems and servo stabilizers.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
