Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through telecalling, references, and other sales channels.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain residential and commercial real estate projects to potential clients.
- Schedule client meetings and site visits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM on a regular basis.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales or Telesales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer handling and relationship management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
