• Finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual Balance Sheet and Financial Statements.

• Preparation and presentation of MIS Reports for management.

• Manage General Ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations.

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory regulations.

• Handle statutory, internal, and tax audits.

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.

• Prepare Profit & Loss statements and financial analysis reports.

• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities. • Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and tax compliance.

• Strengthen internal financial controls and accounting processes.

Support senior management with financial planning and strategic decision-making
