We are looking for 5 dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Officers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting Agents and Insurance Managers (IMs) for leading life insurance brands—Canara HSBC Life Insurance and PNB MetLife Insurance.

- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential candidates and explain career opportunities as Insurance Agents & Managers.
- Source, pitch, and onboard potential Agents/IMs for Canara HSBC Life Insurance and PNB MetLife Insurance.
- Guide candidates through the onboarding, documentation, and licensing process.
- Maintain follow-ups and build solid pipelines to achieve monthly recruitment targets.
- Requirements:Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in both Hindi and English (Mandatory).
- Experience: 0–2 years in Telesales, Recruitment,



or Insurance Sales (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-driven mindset with a passion for sales and recruitment.
