About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and proactive Commercial Property Hunter to identify and source commercial properties across Hyderabad.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, meeting property owners and brokers, exploring new areas, and identifying opportunities before they become available on the market.

You will be responsible for surveying assigned micro-markets, identifying suitable commercial properties, conducting site visits, coordinating property inspections, and supporting the leasing process from property identification to successful closure.

Key Responsibilities

* Survey assigned commercial markets across Hyderabad.

* Identify suitable commercial properties, standalone buildings, institutional-use properties, office spaces, and large-format sites.

* Meet landlords, property owners, brokers, and local influencers.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and brokers.

* Collect property details, photographs, rental expectations, and ownership information.

* Conduct preliminary property assessments based on business requirements.

* Arrange and participate in property inspections.

* Present shortlisted properties to internal stakeholders.

* Follow up regularly with property owners and brokers to identify new opportunities.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and field activities.

* Achieve leasing and property acquisition targets.





Requirements

* Prior experience in commercial real estate, leasing, brokerage, property sourcing, land acquisition, or field sales.

* Good knowledge of Hyderabad's localities and commercial corridors.

* Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

* Ability to independently identify and source commercial properties.

* Comfortable with extensive daily travel and fieldwork.

* Immediate joiners are preferred.

* A smartphone is mandatory.

* A two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are compulsory.
