Job SummaryWe are looking for a agile and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO customer support roles with a strong focus on hiring native and fluent Hindi-speaking candidates. The ideal candidate should have experience in volume hiring, sourcing through multiple channels, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for BPO hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Identify and attract native or fluent Hindi-speaking candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct HR telephonic interviews.
- Assess candidates' communication skills, cultural fit, and role suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Ensure timely interview feedback and offer rollouts.
- Follow up with selected candidates until onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring dashboards.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Participate in recruitment drives, walk-ins, job fairs, and campus hiring initiatives.




- Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality metrics.
- Required SkillsExperience in BPO or volume hiring.
- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, Job Hai, Apna, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Hindi and English (mandatory).
- Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS reporting.
- QualificationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
- Preferred Experience1–3 years of recruitment experience in the BPO/ITES industry.
- Experience hiring customer support executives, telesales executives, or voice process associates.
- Prior experience recruiting Hindi-speaking candidates is highly preferred.
