Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven MSME Business Development Executive to identify, acquire, and manage relationships with Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, understanding client requirements, promoting company products and services, and building long-term customer relationships to achieve sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire current MSME customers through networking, and digital channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing MSME clients.
- Understand customer business needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads,



customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address client concerns promptly.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 – 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management, preferably in the MSME segment.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and customer management abilities.
- Knowledge of MSME business operations and market dynamics.
- Good presentation and sales skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
