As we continue to grow, we are looking for an energetic, proactive, and relationship-driven individual who can identify, onboard, and support high-quality curators while ensuring a seamless experience for both the curator and the Skibbo platform.

Role OverviewThe Curator Onboarding & Success Executive will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, onboarding, and managing curators across multiple categories on the platform. The role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, operational discipline, and a strong understanding of how to build a high-quality marketplace.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with coaches, trainers, artists, hobby experts, educators, community leaders, and experience providers, understanding their challenges, helping them establish a strong presence on Skibbo, and managing their onboarding journey end-to-end. Since curator onboarding also involves creating and managing profiles directly on the Skibbo platform, the candidate should be comfortable working with digital tools, online platforms, dashboards, and technology-driven workflows.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCurator Acquisition & OnboardingIdentify and research potential curators across categories such as hobbies, arts, fitness, wellness, education, professional skills, communities, and experiences.
- Reach out to prospective curators through calls, emails, WhatsApp, social media, and networking channels.
- Understand curator needs, challenges, and business objectives.
- Evaluate curator quality, authenticity, and suitability for the platform.




- Successfully onboard new curators and guide them through the onboarding process.
- Curator Success & Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for onboarded curators.
- Build solid relationships and maintain regular communication with partners.
- Assist curators in presenting their offerings effectively on the platform.
- Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience from discovery to activation.
- Platform & Profile ManagementCreate, manage, and update curator profiles on the Skibbo platform.
- Upload and organize profile information, images, videos, schedules, pricing, and other relevant details.
- Ensure all listings meet platform quality standards before going live.
- Verify profile accuracy and maintain platform data hygiene.
- Troubleshoot basic onboarding and profile-related issues and coordinate with internal teams when required.
- Quickly learn and adapt to platform updates, tools, and workflows.
- Content & Production CoordinationIdentify curators who require assistance in creating platform-ready content.
- Coordinate with the production team for photoshoots, video shoots, and content creation.
- Schedule shoots, manage timelines, and ensure smooth execution.
- Act as a bridge between curators and production teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Category Management & GrowthMaintain and organize curator categories on the platform.
- Identify category gaps and recommend onboarding opportunities.
- Research market trends and emerging experience categories.
- Support the expansion of new categories and experiences.




- Operations & ReportingMaintain accurate onboarding records and tracking sheets.
- Manage Excel and Google Sheet databases regularly.
- Track onboarding progress, activation status, and pending actions.
- Generate periodic reports and insights to support growth and operational efficiency.
- Skills & QualificationsRequiredExcellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi and English).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Good understanding of Excel, Google Sheets, and digital productivity tools.
- Comfortable working with online platforms, dashboards, and technology-based workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify quality curator acquisition opportunities.
- PreferredExperience in onboarding, partnerships, business development, customer success, community management, creator management, or marketplace operations.
- Familiarity with content creation, digital platforms, creator ecosystems, or online marketplaces.
- Understanding of workshops, learning experiences, communities, hobbies, fitness, wellness, or skill-development industries.

Experience2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
