? Area Operations Manager – Retail | Speckarts EyewearSpeckarts Eyewear is one of Bihar's fastest-growing eyewear retail chains with 8 stores. We are looking for a results-driven Area Operations Manager to lead multiple stores, improve sales, build high-performing teams, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and improve the performance of multiple retail stores.
- Drive monthly sales and profitability targets.
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate Store Managers and sales teams.
- Monitor KPIs including Sales, Conversion, ATV, UPT, Customer Satisfaction, and Store Productivity.
- Conduct regular store visits, operational audits, and ensure SOP compliance.
- Improve customer experience and reduce complaints.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and operational excellence.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.




- RequirementsMinimum 5 years of retail operations experience.
- Experience managing multiple stores is preferred.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Graduate required; MBA preferred.
- Willing to travel across Bihar.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
- Salary & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹40,000–₹60,000/month
- Performance Incentive: Average ₹15,000/month

Preferred CandidatesExperience in Lenskart, Titan Eye+, Reliance Retail, Bata, Decathlon, Croma, Pantaloons, Trends, Shoppers Stop, Apollo Pharmacy, or similar organized retail brands is preferred.
