Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee the company's finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in accounting, taxation, banking, project accounting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting in a project-based manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely finalization of accounts, maintaining statutory compliance, managing cash flow, and supporting management with accurate financial information.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Finalization of books of accounts and Balance Sheet.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- Handle GST compliance, return filing, reconciliation, and assessments.
- Manage TDS deduction, return filing, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory authorities.

Banking & Finance

- Manage banking transactions and reconciliations.
- Handle Bank Guarantees (BG), Letters of Credit (LC), and other banking facilities.
- Coordinate with banks for working capital limits,



documentation, and renewals.
- Monitor cash flow and fund management.

Import & Export Documentation

- Handle accounting and documentation related to import and export transactions.
- Coordinate with logistics, customs agents, and banks regarding foreign trade transactions.
- Verify foreign inward/outward remittances and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with FEMA and RBI guidelines applicable to foreign transactions.

Project Accounting & MIS

- Monitor project-wise costing and profitability.
- Prepare monthly MIS Reports for management.
- Analyze project expenses, overheads, receivables, and cash flow.
- Assist management in budgeting and financial planning.
- Support management with financial analysis and decision-making reports.

Receivables & Payables

- Monitor customer collections and vendor payments.
- Review aging analysis and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Ensure timely payments while maintaining cash flow discipline.

ISO & Documentation

- Maintain accounting records as per ISO/QMS procedures.
- Prepare and update finance-related SOPs and documentation.
- Participate in internal and external ISO audits.
- Ensure proper document control and compliance with company procedures.

Team Management





- Supervise and guide the accounts team.
- Allocate work and monitor performance.
- Train team members on accounting standards and statutory compliance.

Required Qualifications

- M.Com / B.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter (Preferred)
- Professional certification in Accounting or Finance will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 8–12 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in project-based engineering, manufacturing, fabrication, EPC, industrial equipment, or capital goods industry is preferred.
