Position: Technician – Electrical / HVAC / Fire Fighting / Mechanical

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Educational Qualification

Candidates with any of the following qualifications can apply:

- ITI Electrician / Wireman
- ITI Fitter / Mechanical
- ITI Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC)
- ITI Fire & Safety or relevant technical course
- Electrical / Mechanical Trade Certificate
- Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- 10th Pass with relevant practical/technical experience
- 12th Pass with relevant technical knowledge or experience
- Freshers with ITI qualification are welcome to apply

Job Responsibilities

The selected technician will be involved in Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting and Mechanical installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance work at various project/client sites.

Electrical Work

- Electrical wiring and installation work
- Concealed and surface wiring
- Cable laying, dressing, glanding and termination
- Installation of lights, switches, sockets and electrical accessories
- Installation and maintenance of DBs and LT panels
- MCB, MCCB, RCCB and other electrical component installation
- Cable lug crimping and termination
- Earthing installation and maintenance
- Basic electrical fault finding and troubleshooting
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Support in testing and commissioning of electrical systems

HVAC Work

- Assist in installation and maintenance of HVAC systems
- Support installation of split, cassette, ductable and other AC systems




- Basic checking and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment
- Assist in servicing and preventive maintenance
- Support ducting, piping and insulation-related work
- Assist senior HVAC technicians/engineers during testing and commissioning

Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Work

- Assist in installation and maintenance of fire fighting systems
- Installation/support work for fire pumps, hydrants, hose reels and related equipment
- Support installation of fire alarm systems
- Assist with smoke detectors, heat detectors, hooters and MCP installation
- Fire fighting pipe installation and related support work
- Testing and routine maintenance of fire protection equipment

Mechanical Work

- Assist in installation and maintenance of mechanical equipment
- Basic fitting, assembly and repair work
- Support installation of pumps, motors, piping and associated equipment
- Assist with preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Use hand tools, power tools and measuring instruments safely
- Support senior technicians and engineers during project execution

General Site Responsibilities

- Carry out work as per drawings, specifications and site instructions
- Coordinate with Site Engineers and Supervisors
- Maintain tools, machines and equipment properly
- Follow company and client safety procedures
- Use required PPE such as safety shoes, helmet, gloves and safety belt
- Maintain proper housekeeping at the work location
- Report faults,



material requirements and site issues to the supervisor
- Work at different client/project sites as required

Required Skills

- Basic technical knowledge in Electrical / HVAC / Fire / Mechanical work
- Ability to use hand tools and testing equipment
- Basic understanding of installation and maintenance activities
- Ability to identify basic technical faults
- Willingness to learn multiple MEPF services
- Ability to follow technical and safety instructions
- Basic understanding of drawings will be an advantage

Experience

Freshers: ITI / Diploma freshers are welcome to apply.

Experienced Candidates: Candidates having 1–3 years of experience in Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Mechanical, MEPF, maintenance or project execution will be preferred.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Final salary will depend on qualification, relevant experience, practical knowledge, technical skills and interview performance.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Type: Full-Time

Candidates should be flexible with site timings depending on project/client requirements.
