Roles and Responsibilities

- Work extensively on accounting, finance, taxation, inventory, procurement, and reporting functions.
- Manage ERPNext modules including Accounts, Sales, Purchase, Stock, Asset Management, GST setup, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate transaction recording, reconciliation, and statutory compliance through ERPNext workflows and controls.
- Assist in audits, financial reviews, and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage accounts finalization, GST compliance, taxation, TDS filing, and overall tax compliance for the company.
- Oversee finance and accounting operations to ensure accurate financial reporting and statutory compliance.
- Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, Income Tax Returns, and maintain records as per regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial transactions.
- Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, MIS reports, and financial statements to support management decision making.
