? Position: Operations Executive

? Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

? Experience: Min 1 year

? CTC: As per experience

? Working Days: 6 Days a Week

⏰ Shift: Rotational (Roster-Based)

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Coordinate with clients regarding daily operations, order fulfillment, escalations, and query resolution.

✅ Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment.

✅ Provide real-time updates to clients on blood sample collections conducted by phlebotomists.

✅ Assist with daily order processing, report sharing, and other operational tasks.

✅ Maintain smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

✔ Graduate in any discipline.





✔ 1–2 years of operations or coordination experience.

✔ Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

✔ Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

✔ Willing to handle client calls and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
