Venn Spaces ( offers technology-driven managed workspace solutions, including office design, interior build-out, and facility management. Operating as a "workspace-in-a-box" provider, Venn serves startups, unicorns, and enterprises with flexible option.

Role Overview: We currently have approx. 500,000 sq. ft. of Commercial Space under development and another 2-3 million under planning phase. You will be responsible for leasing related activities including planning, preparing, marketing, prospecting and executing commercial leases of commercial properties in the Bangalore region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning & Leasing: Formulate and execute targeted leasing strategies for commercial properties, identifying and prioritizing high-potential clients and sectors to optimize occupancy rates.
- Client Engagement: Conduct impactful presentations and proposals for prospective clients,



gaining a deep understanding of their needs and crafting tailored solutions that effectively close deals.
- Channel Partner Relationships: Nurture robust relationships with IPCs, brokers and channel partners to enhance brand visibility.
- Leasing Process Management: Oversee the entire leasing process from negotiations to the execution of Lease Deeds, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and aligned with best practices.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate and present detailed inventory and lease management reports, providing valuable insights into market trends and the performance of leasing strategies.

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of commercial leasing experience, with a focus on office spaces.
- Strong negotiation skills and a comprehensive understanding of the Bangalore commercial real estate market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
