About the Role

As the Senior Manager - Research and Survery Analytics, you will define the strategic direction for our Research Operations team, lead large-scale research functions, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful, people-based marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead and mentor high-performing Research Operations teams

✔ Drive strategic planning and operational excellence

✔ Oversee research delivery, survey programming, data processing, and project execution

✔ Manage budgets, financial planning, and operational performance

✔ Identify process improvements and implement cutting-edge solutions

What We're Looking For

✅ Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field

✅ 10+ years of leadership experience in the Market Research industry

✅ Strong expertise in Research Operations, Survey Analytics, and Project Management

✅ Proven experience managing large teams and business operations

✅ Strong financial and strategic planning capabilities

✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
