Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Production Manager with expertise in metal fabrication operations . The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end production activities, ensuring production targets, maintaining quality standards, improving efficiency, and leading shop floor operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete production operations for aluminium truss manufacturing

• Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules

• Ensure timely completion of production targets and dispatches

• Supervise fabrication, welding, assembly, finishing, and inspection processes

• Monitor production quality and implement quality control standards

• Optimize manpower utilization and production efficiency

• Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, Design, and Dispatch departments

• Maintain production reports, inventory records, and MIS documentation

• Reduce wastage, downtime, and production delays through process improvements





• Ensure implementation of safety standards and factory discipline

• Handle machine maintenance coordination and operational troubleshooting

• Train and guide production teams for improved productivity and workmanship

Required Skills & Expertise

• Knowledge of TIG/MIG welding and metal fabrication processes

• Strong background in advanced aluminium fabrication, production systems, and structural manufacturing

• Understanding of quality control and inspection standards

• Knowledge of industrial safety practices

• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience: 5 Years

• Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / Mechanical Engineering or relevant field

• Preferred Industry: Aluminium Truss, Event Infrastructure, Scaffolding, Metal Fabrication, Industrial Manufacturing

• Candidates with experience in truss manufacturing companies will be highly preferred
