- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into JD Edwards S&D; solutions.
- Configure and support Sales Order Management, Inventory Management, Procurement, and Advanced Pricing modules.
- Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including order entry, fulfillment, shipment, and invoicing.
- Perform system configuration, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Prepare functional specifications (FS) and business requirement documents (BRD).
- Support data migration, SIT/UAT testing, go-live, and post-production activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in JD Edwards Sales & Distribution (S&D;).
- Hands-on expertise in Sales Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, and Advanced Pricing.
- Experience with O2C business processes.
- Knowledge of UDCs, AAIs, Order Activity Rules (OAR), and Branch/Plant setup.
- Experience in functional documentation, testing, and deployment activities.
- Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
