Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students on study abroad opportunities, universities, courses, and admission requirements.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds and career goals to recommend suitable study options.
- Guide students through the application process, including documentation and university selection.
- Assist students with admission procedures and provide regular application updates.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective students and follow up on enquiries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.
- Achieve counselling and admission targets while delivering an exceptional student experience.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counselling, education consulting, or the study abroad industry.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication,



interpersonal, and counselling skills.
- Strong ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance.
- Basic knowledge of international admissions and overseas education is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
