Business Development Executive (Field Sales & Onboarding)

About WheelOps

WheelOps is an all-in-one software platform built for tyre & alloy dealerships to manage inventory, billing, job cards, CRM, customer follow-ups, barcode-based inventory and WhatsApp automation.

We're looking for self-motivated individuals who enjoy meeting business owners and want to grow with an early-stage startup.

- ResponsibilitiesVisit tyre & alloy dealerships.
- Cold call and schedule meetings.
- Give product demonstrations.
- Close current customers.
- Conduct physical stock audits.
- Help dealerships digitize their inventory.
- Configure WheelOps and train dealership staff.
- Successfully onboard customers and take them live.

Compensation✅ Typical earnings: ₹30,000–₹50,000+ per month (Performance Based)

You'll earn:

- 20% commission if you generate, demo and close the customer.
- 15% commission if WheelOps provides the lead and you close the customer.
- 10% commission if WheelOps closes the customer and you successfully complete the onboarding.




- 100% of the implementation/onboarding fee is yours.
- No cap on earnings.

Software commission is released after:

- Customer payment is received.
- Physical stock audit is completed.
- Inventory is uploaded.
- Staff is trained.
- Customer is successfully live on WheelOps.

TrainingNo prior SaaS sales experience is required.

Complete training will be provided, including:

- Cold calling
- Product demos
- Proven sales script
- Objection handling
- Customer onboarding
- Go-Live process

I've personally onboarded 15+ dealerships, and you'll be trained using the same process.

- Who Can Apply?Freshers are welcome.
- 0–5 years of sales/business development experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable with local travel and meeting business owners.
- Own two-wheeler preferred.
