- Perform routine maintenance and repair work across trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
- Attend emergency breakdowns and minor repairs.
- Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are in working order.
- Log completed tasks and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
- Support other technicians and assist with facility upkeep.
Key Requirements :
Education :
- ITI/Diploma in electrical/mechanical/plumbing.
- Minimum 10th pass.
Technical Skills :
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to handle a wide variety of maintenance tasks.
- Multi-trade technical skills and troubleshooting.
