Key Responsibilities

1. Consultative Sales & Revenue Generation

· Drive Premium Sales: Actively engage with walk-in customers, understand their sleep patterns, and guide them towards premium, high-end Sleepwell models to improve the store's ASP.

· Cross-Selling & Up-Selling: Promote new product launches, pillows, protectors, and other sleep accessories alongside mattresses to maximize the bill value.

· Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed individual daily and monthly sales targets.

2. Customer Experience & Hospitality

· The "Sleepwell Experience": Deliver a warm, hospitable, and consultative buying experience rather than a transactional pushy sales pitch.

· Product Demonstration: Confidently explain the technical advantages of Sleepwell technologies (like Neem Fresche, Nexa foam, etc.) and give live comfort trials to customers.

3. Store Maintenance & Compliance

· Planogram Maintenance: Ensure the display beds are neatly dressed, pillows are aligned, and the showroom looks flawless at all times as per the brand's planogram.

· Hygiene & Upkeep: Maintain absolute cleanliness of the products and display area to present a premium brand image.





4. Reporting & Learning

· Continuous Learning: Participate actively in training sessions conducted by the Store Manager or corporate trainers to stay updated on new models, fabric technologies, and soft skills.

· Daily Updates: Assist the Store Manager in tracking daily walk-ins, stock levels, and closing sales reports.

Candidate Profile

· Experience: 1 - 4 years of experience in retail sales, hospitality, or customer service. Experience in premium retail, home decor, apparel, consumer electronics, or mattresses is highly preferred. (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also be considered).

· Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.

· Key Skills: * Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

o Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and an approachable demeanor.

o Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.

o Basic comfort with retail POS billing and smartphones.

· Languages: Fluency in the local language and a working knowledge of Hindi/English.
