Solar Prime Connect LLP is seeking experienced Australian Solar Sales Consultants to join our growing team. We are looking for motivated sales professionals with proven experience selling residential solar and battery solutions in the Australian market.

As a Solar Sales Consultant, you will engage with Australian homeowners, understand their energy requirements, recommend suitable solar and battery systems, explain government rebates and potential savings, and guide customers through the sales process. You will be responsible for building customer relationships, handling objections professionally, maintaining accurate CRM records, and consistently achieving sales targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesContact and assist Australian homeowners interested in solar and battery solutions.
- Assess customers' electricity usage and recommend suitable systems.
- Explain solar products, battery storage, rebates, and energy savings.
- Build rapport and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain accurate CRM records.




- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in Australian residential solar sales.
- Previous experience working with an Australian solar company is mandatory.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven workplace.
- Experience using CRM software is preferred.
