Job Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities and identify potential customers.
• Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and new customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Fiber Laser Cutting Machines, Press Brake Machines, CNC Machines, and other industrial machinery solutions.
• Conduct customer meetings, machine presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and technical-commercial offers.
• Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed sales orders.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Handle customer negotiations related to pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial requirements.
• Coordinate with the sales, technical, service, and accounts teams for smooth order processing.
• Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, sales activities, and order status.
• Update customer information and sales activities in the company CRM system.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, customer events, and promotional activities.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management.
• Support customers throughout the complete sales process, from initial enquiry to order finalization and post-sales coordination.
• Travel for customer meetings and business development activities across assigned regions.
Candidate Requirements
Educational Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in:
• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Mechatronics Engineering
• Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
• Instrumentation Engineering
• Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
• Freshers are welcome.
• 1–2 years of experience in Industrial Machinery Sales, CNC Machines, Laser Cutting Machines, Press Brake Machines, Automation Solutions, or B2B Technical Sales will be preferred.
Required Skills
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Interest in technical sales and industrial machinery.
• Basic understanding of CNC Machines, Fiber Laser Cutting Machines, Press Brake Machines, or industrial automation will be an advantage.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
• Strong negotiation, follow-up, and sales-closing skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prepare quotations and sales proposals.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
