In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our small business loan products to local shopkeepers, street vendors, and small business owners. Key Responsibilities

-Visit assigned areas across Pune to identify potential customers.

-Explain our daily EMI loan repayment model to local shopkeepers and vendors.

-Generate qualified loan leads through field visits and relationship building.

-Assist customers with the initial loan application process.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses.

-Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.

-Provide regular updates on field activities and customer feedback

Salary & Advantages

In-hand Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Performance Incentive: ₹400 for every successful lead resulting in a ₹1,00,000 loan
