Key Responsibilities· Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.

· Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

· Conduct telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.

· Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates.

· Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.

· Build and maintain a talent pipeline.

· Update candidate records in the recruitment database.

· Achieve monthly hiring and interview targets.

· Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.

· Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Eligibility· Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).





· 0–3 years of recruitment experience (Freshers with good communication may apply).

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and job portals.

· Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience) plus attractive monthly incentives.

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Monthly KPI· 80–100 candidate calls per day

· 15–20 candidate submissions per week

· 8–10 interview line-ups per week

· 3–5 successful placements per month
