About the Role:

Om Energy Solution is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Lab Assistant to support our battery testing, quality inspection, and product development operations. The candidate will assist in maintaining lab equipment, recording test data, preparing batteries for testing, and ensuring cleanliness and safety inside the laboratory.

- Key Responsibilities Assist in testing inverter batteries, lithium batteries, and electrical components.
- Record voltage, current, charging/discharging data, and performance reports accurately.
- Help engineers and technicians during battery testing and quality checks.
- Maintain laboratory tools, equipment, and testing instruments.
- Prepare samples and batteries for inspection and performance analysis.
- Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and inventory management.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards inside the lab.
- Report defective products or abnormal test results to supervisors.
- Support R&D; and production teams whenever required.




- Required Skills & Qualifications Basic knowledge of electronics, batteries, or electrical systems.
- Ability to use multi meters and basic testing equipment.
- Positive observation and record-keeping skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, documentation).
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work in a team.
- Diploma/ITI/B.Sc. in Electrical, Electronics, or related field preferred.
- Preferred Qualities Honest and disciplined work ethic.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in electrical, battery, or electronics lab work.
