Key Responsibilities

- Handle international customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Resolve queries and provide accurate information within TAT
- Maintain quality and compliance standards on every call
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution
- Meet daily/monthly performance and quality targets

Eligibility





- Any Graduate (Freshers & Experienced both can apply)
- Excellent verbal English communication skills
- Prior experience in International Voice Process is a plus (not mandatory)
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Candidates residing in or near Malad preferred
