Job Title Accountant cum Data Entry Operations Executive Location Kandivali Company Cloud Closet - Luxury Fashion Rental Brand Employment Type Full-time Job Overview We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant cum Data Entry Operations Executive who can manage day-to-day accounting data entry and backend operational updates This role is crucial for maintaining financial accuracy inventory records and smooth updates across our Shopify website and in-store devices Key Responsibilities Accounting Finance Maintain daily accounting entries sales expenses receipts payments Handle bank reconciliation Manage vendor invoices payments and records Maintain GST data filing support and coordination with CA Track rental income deposits refunds and commissions Prepare basic MIS and monthly reports Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance Data Entry Operations Accurate data entry of inventory rentals client details and transactions Maintain and update Google Sheets Excel trackers Track inventory movement new collection rentals returns Keep digital and physical records well-organized Website Device Updates Update Shopify website with New collection uploads Product details pricing availability and images Update in-store devices iPads tablets POS systems with the latest collection and data Ensure consistency of data across website devices and internal sheets Coordinate with operations and styling team for accurate updates Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting preferred 1-3 years experience in accounting data entry or operations Working knowledge of Tally accounting software Hands-on experience with Shopify backend basic to intermediate Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets MS Excel Basic understanding of GST High attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working in a startup fast-paced environment Preferred Positive to Have Experience in fashion retail or rental business Experience handling inventory-based businesses Ability to multitask and manage deadlines independently Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 27 000 00 per month Work Location In person
