Responsibilities Develop and optimize cosmetic formulations ensuring stability and efficacy Conduct trials and evaluations for new product development and existing product improvements Ensure compliance with industry regulations safety standards and market requirements Prepare and maintain comprehensive formulation development reports stability data and technical documentation Handle regulatory documentation for product approvals certifications and legal compliance Ensure all records are maintained as per GMP ISO and regulatory standards Source and evaluate new raw materials in collaboration with vendors Coordinate with QA QC Regulatory and Manufacturing teams for smooth product development Stay updated with the latest trends ingredients and innovations in the cosmetics and pharma industry Qualifications Bachelor s master s degree in cosmetic science chemistry pharmaceutical sciences or a related field 1-3 years of experience in formulation development in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry Knowledge of formulation techniques and ingredient compatibility Experience working with cross-functional teams for product development and troubleshooting Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 250 000 00 - 450 000 00 per year Benefits Food provided Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
