Emo resposbilities Patient assessment and triage Quickly evaluate patients and prioritize them based on the severity of their condition Emergency and critical care Provide immediate medical assessment treatment and stabilization for a wide range of medical surgical and trauma cases and performing procedures like starting IV lines and giving injections Coordination and communication Co ordination with nurses paramedics and other consultants and coordinate with departments like lab and radiology for patient management They also need to communicate with patients families about the diagnosis and treatment plan Documentation and record-keeping Maintain accurate patient records treatment sheets and emergency logs Medication and treatment Administer medications monitor patient vitals and update treatment plans Shift management Ensure the smooth functioning of the emergency department especially during night shifts and report any critical events to senior staff Additional duties May include handling medico-legal cases MLCs maintaining cleanliness and infection control and assisting in mass casualty incidents Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Perks Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off
