Job Title Accounts Executive Experience Minimum 2 Years Location Perungudi Chennai Job Type Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with at least 2 years of experience to join our accounts team The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Tally Prime and should be well-versed in GST TDS filing accounts payable receivable and general accounting operation Key Responsibilities Record day-to-day accounting transactions using Tally Prime Prepare and file GST returns GSTR-1 GSTR-3B Handle TDS calculations and file returns Form 26Q 24Q Manage and monitor accounts payable and receivable Process vendor bills make timely payments and follow up on receivables Reconcile bank accounts ledgers and financial statements Assist in month-end closing and report generation Maintain accurate documentation for all accounting activities Support internal and external audits with required data Requirements B Com or equivalent degree in Accounting Finance Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting roles Proficiency in Tally Prime is mandatory Sound knowledge of GST TDS compliance Good command over MS Excel and accounting principles Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Job Types Full time Permanent Work Location In person
