Job Responsibilities Perform accurate colour matching and colour mixing as per client-approved shade cards Pantone references or sample prints Prepare and maintain custom ink formulations for offset printing presses Adjust ink properties viscosity density tack to achieve consistent print quality Conduct test prints drawdowns to verify shade accuracy before production Use spectrophotometer densitometer for colour measurement and quality control Work closely with press operators to maintain colour consistency throughout the print run Maintain detailed records of ink recipes and formulations Reduce ink wastage and improve colour accuracy on repeat jobs Monitor environmental factors temperature humidity affecting colour performance Ensure compliance with safety standards while handling inks solvents and chemicals Required Skills Qualifications Strong knowledge of Pantone Matching System PMS and CMYK colour theory Hands-on experience in offset ink mixing and shade matching Ability to visually identify and differentiate colours accurately Experience with spectrophotometer densitometer preferred Basic understanding of paper types and ink behavior on different substrates Good documentation and communication skills Diploma ITI in Printing Technology or relevant field preferred Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in commercial printing packaging labels or publishing sector Detail-oriented with a robust sense of colour accuracy Ability to work under production pressure and deadlines Job Type Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
