We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage the company s finance taxation compliance and banking operations The candidate should have hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry and be willing to stay and work on the company campus Key Responsibilities Accounting Finance Maintain books of accounts and ensure accuracy as per accounting standards Finalization of monthly quarterly and annual accounts Prepare MIS reports P L statements balance sheets and cash flow reports Costing budgeting and variance analysis Taxation Compliance Handle GST returns GSTR-1 GSTR-3B annual returns reconciliation Manage Income Tax compliance returns and assessments Handle TDS compliances returns and reconciliations Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Banking Finance Management Handle banking operations CC limits and stock statements Coordinate with banks for loan documentation and renewals Cash flow planning and fund management Manufacturing Plant-Level Responsibilities Inventory control and reconciliation Raw material WIP and finished goods accounting Production costing and margin analysis Control over wastage yield and efficiency reports Systems Reporting Strong working knowledge of accounting software Tally ERP Good computer and Excel skills Maintain proper documentation and records Eligibility Criteria Qualified Chartered Accountant CA Minimum 3 years of relevant experience manufacturing preferred Freshers not eligible Positive communication and coordination skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 65 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Food provided Internet reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
