Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commi 1 to support daily kitchen operations The candidate will be responsible for food preparation maintaining hygiene standards and assisting senior chefs in delivering high-quality dishes Key Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking as per standard recipes Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations Ensure proper food storage and stock rotation FIFO method Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and kitchen areas Follow food safety standards HACCP guidelines Assist in plating and presentation of dishes Monitor food quality and freshness Job Types Full time Permanent Pay Up to 26 107 64 per month Work Location In person
