About Booknerd Booknerd Publication LLP is an end-to-end examination service provider specializing in application handling question paper management OMR and answer sheet printing scanning computer-based testing CBT and on-screen evaluation We work with reputed boards universities and examination bodies across India to deliver confidential technology-driven solutions Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage and coordinate all activities related to government and institutional tendering The ideal candidate should be well-versed with online tender portals and capable of preparing high-quality bids that comply with tender requirements Key Responsibilities Identify and monitor relevant tenders government semi-government institutional through online portals like GeM CPP eProcurement etc Study tender documents RFPs RFQs BOQs and extract key requirements Prepare and compile tender documentation company profile certificates technical proposals financial bids etc Coordinate with internal departments to collect necessary data and documentation Ensure timely submission of tenders both online and offline Attend pre-bid meetings and handle queries or clarifications Maintain a proper record of all submitted tenders status updates and follow-ups Handle post-tender documentation like Work Orders LOAs LOIs performance bank guarantees etc Ensure all statutory documents ISO MSME GST PAN etc are up-to-date and readily available Track and report on bid outcomes success ratios and tender analytics Job Type Full time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience tender management 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
