Roles Responsibilities Evaluate diagnose and manage disorders of the ear nose throat head and neck Perform surgical and non-surgical procedures including but not limited to Tonsillectomy adenoidectomy septoplasty endoscopic sinus surgery Tympanoplasty mastoidectomy cochlear implant-related procedures Head and neck surgeries as per training and privileges Conduct outpatient clinics inpatient rounds and emergency consultations Interpret diagnostic tests such as audiometry endoscopy imaging and laboratory results Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and follow-up care Provide pre-operative assessment and post-operative care to surgical patients Collaborate with anesthesiologists audiologists speech therapists and other specialists Maintain accurate timely medical records in accordance with hospital and legal standards Ensure adherence to patient safety infection control and clinical governance protocols Participate in on-call rotations and manage ENT emergencies as required Educate patients and families on diagnoses treatment options and preventive care Supervise and mentor junior doctors residents or allied health staff if applicable Engage in continuous medical education clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 100 000 00 - 120 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
