Job Title Bartender - Nksha Restaurant Mumbai Position Summary The Bartender at Nksha Restaurant will deliver an exceptional beverage experience to our guests through expert mixology advanced beverage knowledge and upscale hospitality standards You will be central to our restaurant s guest experience curating premium cocktails recommending wine pairings and maintaining an elegant bar environment Candidates must demonstrate 6-8 years experience in restaurant bartending refined skills in high-volume premium settings and a passion for both classic and contemporary mixology Key Responsibilities Craft and serve classic signature and innovative cocktails premium spirits and wine pairings to complement the menu Recommend drink pairings based on guests tastes and meal selections Uphold the highest standards of beverage quality consistency and presentation Engage proactively with guests personalize the guest experience and upsell beverage offerings Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while maintaining composure during peak hours Ensure meticulous cleanliness organization and hygiene standards at the bar station Monitor inventory track usage and communicate procurement needs Control beverage costs and use stock rotation best practices Oversee cash register operations process payments and reconcile sales accurately Train and mentor junior bar staff in advanced techniques customer service and compliance standards Collaborate closely with the service and kitchen teams to enhance food and beverage synergy Ensure strict compliance with local regulations company policies food safety and responsible service requirements Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum 6-8 years of bartending experience in upscale restaurants Advanced expertise in mixology wine and spirit knowledge beverage pairing and presentation Proven ability to work in high-pressure fast-paced hospitality environments Robust organizational skills with inventory management and cost control acumen Exceptional customer service orientation and communication skills Ability to train coach and collaborate with junior bartenders and other F B staff Professional certifications in responsible alcohol service and food safety are preferred Familiarity with POS and inventory management software Attention to detail creativity and a polished personal presentation Fluency in English is required knowledge of additional languages is a plus Work Environment Nksha is a premium dining restaurant in Mumbai focused on upscale Indian cuisine and memorable guest experiences The Bartender will work closely with a passionate service team in an elegant high-volume setting where creativity and personalized service are valued Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
