Key Responsibilities Develop lead and execute strategic purchasing plans for furniture and related components Identify evaluate and select suppliers based on price quality service and reliability Negotiate contracts pricing terms and delivery schedules with suppliers Monitor supplier performance and maintain robust vendor relationships Work closely with design production and logistics teams to understand material requirements and ensure timely deliveries Maintain and analyze purchasing data to track trends forecast demands and optimize inventory levels Ensure compliance with company policies quality standards and legal regulations Manage procurement budgets cost-saving initiatives and risk assessments Handle issues related to defective materials delivery delays or supplier disputes Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field MBA is a plus 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement preferably in the furniture or manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of furniture materials wood fabric metal etc fittings and supply chain dynamics Excellent negotiation communication and analytical skills Proficiency in procurement software SAP Oracle etc and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Preferred Skills Familiarity with international sourcing and import export regulations Understanding of sustainable and eco-friendly materials Experience with just-in-time JIT and lean inventory practices Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
