Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution as per design and schedule Coordinate with designers contractors vendors and clients to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Monitor quality control safety and compliance with all site protocols Read and interpret interior drawings BOQs and technical specifications Prepare daily work progress reports and update project status to management Troubleshoot on-site challenges and ensure timely resolution Manage subcontractors site workers and maintain discipline at site Requirements Proven experience 3 years in supervising interior fit-out works Robust knowledge of interior finishing carpentry MEP coordination and civil basics Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and interpret technical details Excellent leadership problem-solving and communication skills Flexibility to manage multiple sites and adapt to changing priorities Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering Interior Design or related field preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
